Who You Are

Essential Skills Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow platform design and architecture in a large enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience in a Cloud/Hybrid IT environment is mandatory.

Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, monitoring systems, and Data Protection/Data Resilience platforms (direct experience with Commvault integration is a significant advantage). Deep Architectural Knowledge: Expert understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, including multi-instance strategies, tenant separation, and the principles of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Workflow Automation: Expert-level proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration for advanced automation use cases.

Core Module Depth: Expert design knowledge in: IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog. IT Operations Management (ITOM): Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping. Security Operations (SecOps): SIR and VR.

Scripting: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side) and complex API manipulation (REST/SOAP).
