Senior Video Content Manager

Joining Collibra’s Brand and Creative Marketing team Collibra's Senior Video Manager will own and elevate how we tell our story through video, setting strategy, driving innovation, and producing content that moves prospects, engages customers, and supports revenue growth. As a senior member of the Brand and Creative Marketing team, you'll bring deep expertise across the full video lifecycle, from concept and production to distribution and performance. You have a sharp instinct for what makes media land, and you know how to translate that into content that educates, converts, and builds brand equity.

You'll set the creative direction for video, own the innovation roadmap, and raise the bar for the team through hands-on mentorship. This is a role for someone who leads with vision but isn't afraid to get into the details. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Brand and Creative Marketing and work closely with Design and Social PR, while partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Growth Marketing, Events, and Social Media, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure video is integrated, intentional, and driving real business value strategies and communicate how video content can provide the most value to the business.

This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together and keep making progress as a team.
