We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise. Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction. We are seeking a Business Analyst to be embedded with our customer, a leading aviation operator based in Dublin, where you will serve as a critical bridge between their technical teams (data engineers and developers) and non-technical stakeholders (operations managers, ground staff, and executives).
Requirements

with full traceability, using structured BA techniques including process mapping, gap analysis and user stories to support the customer's data and AI initiatives Translate between the customer's technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of expectations, constraints and project status throughout delivery cycles Work with SQL, BI tools (Power BI and Tableau) and the customer's structured and unstructured datasets to validate data quality, define data models and help turn raw numbers into actionable business decisions Lead prioritisation exercises and maintain RAID logs to keep the customer's data initiatives on track and aligned with business outcomes Challenge data lineage and technical assumptions with enough analytical depth to ask the right questions and spot gaps before they cascade into operational problems Collaborate closely with the customer's teams to identify where disruptions in flight scheduling, turnaround times, baggage handling, crew rostering or gate allocation create real business friction that data solutions can address Desirable Experience: Working knowledge of airline and airport operations, including flight scheduling, turnaround times, baggage handling, crew rostering and gate allocation Familiarity with aviation regulatory and compliance frameworks such as EASA, IATA standards, safety reporting (SMS) or data protection
