Job Summary: A large, mission-driven charter school in Chester County is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and elevate its talent acquisition strategy.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the organization by identifying and hiring exceptional educators and staff who are passionate about student success. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from developing proactive sourcing strategies and building strong talent pipelines to managing a high-volume hiring process and ensuring equitable, compliant, and timely hiring practices. You’ll partner closely with leadership to attract top talent who align with the school’s mission and academic goals.

We’re looking for a recruiting professional with 5–7 years of high-volume talent acquisition experience, ideally in education or a nonprofit environment, who brings strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is required (Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred). This is a local, on-site opportunity supporting recruitment efforts within the Chester, PA community and surrounding areas.
