About the Opportunity We are looking for an energetic, organised, and proactive professional to join our Sydney team in a dual-impact role. You will be the engine room for our growth, supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams by building the pipeline, maintaining CRM integrity, and coordinating events that put Salsify in front of the world’s leading brands.
This is a critical "bridge" role where you will help develop and maintain systems to drive leads and opportunities through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is an operational “doer,” hands-on with data and systems, and eager to implement automations that improve business processes. You will report to the Business Development Lead and this role aims at providing assistance to our Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
This is a growth role with ramp-up support for candidates looking at learning every day and potentially evolving in more specialised areas of the business (sales, marketing, customer service). How You'll Make an Impact 1- Building and Driving Pipeline Sales Tools Research: Help maintain the systems we use to research target accounts and track prospect data. You'll get hands-on with tools like Salesforce (our CRM), Marketo, and Outreach, and help keep our prospect scoring dashboards up to date.
Email Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of email campaigns across both our marketing engagement platform (Marketo) and our sales/BDR engagement platform (Outreach) - making sure sequences go out on schedule, content is accurate, and performance is tracked. , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Expandi) - you'll learn how to plan and help execute email/LinkedIn sequences to target accounts. Partner Insights: Help track and organize insights on our ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) partner network - the resellers and software partners we work with - so the sales team has better context on shared accounts.
Lead Follow-Up: Be the first point of contact for new leads coming in from our website and marketing events, helping qualify them before handing off to sales. Data Accuracy: Keep our systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach) accurate and up to date by logging activity and account notes - this is a big part of how the team makes decisions, so attention to detail matters here. 2- Field Marketing Event Support: Help coordinate logistics for industry conferences and sales events the Australia team attends.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Support follow-up on marketing campaigns and webinars to help turn event attendees into qualified leads. Social Media: Help plan and post social media content on LinkedIn, working from our global (HQ) content calendar.
