About you Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in applying data science techniques to drive technical product development and decision-making. Strong technical background in statistics, mathematics, information science, or another heavily quantitative field. Fluency in at least one modern language useful for data processing (such as Python or Scala).

Proficiency with relational data modeling and SQL. Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design and analysis. Experience with measurement techniques for search ranking, relevance, or quality assessments.

Experience with distributed data processing systems (such as Spark or Redshift). , GLM, mixed effects) and/or mach ine learning techniques Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, co llaboration, or decision-making .
