Title: Project Manager, Public Opportunities Type: Full Time, Exempt Location: Reston, Virginia (Hybrid) Reports to: Director, Utilities The Project Manager is responsible for the management and successful delivery of large-scale heavy civil and public infrastructure projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.

Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and challenges. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes. Ensure accurate billing Identify opportunities to improve project profitability.
