Summary (Scope of the Job) The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, detailed, and executable estimates in support of base life support, workforce housing, camp operations, temporary facilities, and other remote or contingency support solutions.

Support the development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and technical approaches that align proposed pricing with the delivery model and operational execution plan.

Coordinate with procurement and operational teams to identify sourcing strategies and qualified vendors. Incorporate third-party quotes into estimate packages in a clear and traceable manner. Proposal and Technical Narrative Support Support the development of proposal pricing packages and related technical content.

Contribute to technical narratives, pricing narratives, clarifications, and supporting documentation that explain estimate structure and delivery approach.
