The Vehicle Operations Assistant is a key position that supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer taking delivery.

This position partners with other members of the Delivery team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and can prioritize accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

: Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

Qualifications
