What You'Ll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Systems Designer, Progression to tackle high-level engagement challenges across the Fortnite ecosystem. This includes innovating existing systems like Quests and Passes and creating entirely new structures to guide the player experience across the growing platform. Designers at Epic drive vision across cross-disciplinary development teams to engage players with goals that enrich their knowledge and tie in to broader forms of progression.

What We'Re Looking For

10+ years of experience shipping multiple titles as a game designer, working on engagement content or goal-based progression systems in live-service multiplayer environments Demonstrated talent for empathizing with players and a deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the effects of goal setting on play Strong interest in BR and the Fortnite Ecosystem with an understanding of what makes them work Able to react quickly to changing project needs and drive decisions, then own that vision You’re player-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative.
