What You'Ll Do

Own product strategy and roadmap across our full ecosystem: trading platforms and prop firm evaluation/funding programs Translate business priorities from Executive leadership into a prioritized, sequenced product roadmap across multiple concurrent work streams Partner with Engineering to scope, spec, and ship features that actually move the needle on activation, funding rates, and retention Own the trading platform experience end-to-end: account provisioning, payouts, drawdown rules, platform integrations, and the trader-facing UX around all of it Build out product infrastructure, execution, and trader experience Define and track the KPIs that matter for each business line, and hold the team (and yourself) accountable to them Run point on vendor and platform dependency decisions, including build vs.
