The Challenge The Senior Resourcing Delivery Excellence Analyst supports the Global Professional Services (PS) organisation by driving effective resource management, operational reporting, and delivery insights. This role operates at the centre of PS delivery, partnering with regional leadership, Sales, and Finance to optimise resource allocation, improve utilisation and delivery performance, and ensure consistent global operating standards and acts as a key operational partner in executing the global resourcing strategy, maintaining operational data and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across PS. Resourcing Capacity Planning Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions Support end-to-end resourcing processes across regions, including intake, matching, assignment, and conflict resolution Maintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensure accurate alignment between demand and supply Contribute to global capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments Maintain skills and availability data, supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needs Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions 2. g. g.
