Responsibilities

: Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures Draft data analyses and reports Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in clear, concise written English.

Qualifications

: Excellent written and verbal English communication at levels from novice to expert. 4-year degree in Engineering (preferred) 5-7 years of experience in General Engineering Ability to function well as part of a team Experienced with Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables Lookup tables Selection (dropdown) lists Ability to manipulate and export data Experienced with Microsoft Access Develop and maintain relational tables Lookup tables Develop complex queries from multiple tables Normalize data to improve efficiency Scripting to create queries to update data and generate reports Desired Experience: Scripting (Python, Perl) Functional knowledge of HTML, Javascript Experience with GIS General knowledge of telecommunications systems (VHF transmitters, receivers, antennas), electronics, mapping, topography, and database systems (Preferred) About Inalab Consulting, Inc.
