The Business Analyst / QA Lead serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team while leading quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The Business Analyst / QA Lead collaborates closely with project leadership, software developers, and stakeholders to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise business applications utilizing Agile methodologies. This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.

elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Create Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation. Maintain and prioritize the Agile product backlog.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing business analysis for enterprise information systems. Minimum of three (3) years supporting Agile software development projects.
