About The Role
: The People Strategy Partner role empowers departmental leaders in achieving their department goals. This is done by supporting leaders in aligning their strategic outcomes to broader company objectives and ensuring that the right roadmaps, management processes and talent are in place to achieve outcomes. This role will have a deep understanding of the functions' operations allowing them to assess their effectiveness, as well as provide feedback and insight on the function, functional leader and team performance.
This role will be a strategic thought partner to business leaders as they work through human capital processes, connect dots and build stakeholder alignment across the organization. You will report into the VP, People Strategy and HR. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency
: The base pay for this role is: $135,792-$178,227 per year.
: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
: Assist leaders with the development and maintenance of departmental strategy including mid-level outcomes, stakeholder management, management processes, etc. Support leaders in driving overall talent strategy and talent management for department Be proactive and anticipate change, providing critical and timely input about consequences and implications of local law and best practices to all internal stakeholders Support and train managers to coach their team and take disciplinary actions if needed; counseling managers. Influence senior leadership through synthesized themes and business needs Provide strategic insight to leadership to enable them to see around corners Be a consistent thought partner on a broad set of issues, providing ongoing feedback.
Support a culture of trust, promoting open honest communication. Train and coach managers and employees on best practices and adhering to company values.
Requirements
