Responsibilities

: Data Input: Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system. Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents. Data Maintenance: Updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

: Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree Attention to Detail: Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors. Organizational Skills: Keeping data organized and easily accessible. Familiarity with Computer Systems: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.

Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
