Directly manage team members to maximize productivity and efficiency Ensure accuracy of production reporting, including daily production, quality, hours, timesheets, etc. Actively participate in accident/injury, including near misses, investigations and resolve any deficiencies, to include engineering controls, employee education, etc. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for safety, quality and productivity, service and cost, while maintaining customer specifications using lean techniques (5S, TPM, Visual Management, 7 Wastes, Kaizen Events) Create new and maintain all current Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis for all job stations throughout the plant.

Create a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and cost ownership throughout the plant. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
