RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer-Centric Consulting Act as a trusted customer advisor, providing expert guidance on integration strategies. Lead architecture and design sessions to customize and optimize integrations. Manage multiple customers, balancing competing priorities effectively.

Build long-term relationships, ensuring seamless integration adoption and support. Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed. Legion Product Expertise Gain and maintain deep knowledge of Legion's product and integration ecosystem.

Identify, report, and prioritize product bugs and enhancements. Stay updated on new releases and enhancements to drive product adoption. Write secure, enterprise-grade integration code using leading platforms and technologies.

Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Team Collaboration Mentorship Share expertise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing. Contribute to integration best practices and internal technical documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of business/information/solution/technical architecture experience Graduate of a university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field, including Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant degree Must be able to work as a team player, yet can work independently.
