Role: Operations Project Manager Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 45 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:00 and 13:00 Salary: Between £50,000 - £55,000 pa DOE Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering meaningful business improvements? We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Project Manager to lead a variety of operational projects that enhance production capability, improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support long-term business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving change in a fast-paced operational environment.
What We'Re Looking For
Proven experience delivering projects within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or operational environment Strong experience managing complex projects, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment Experience with project management tools or methodologies would be advantageous We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
