The Role We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Chester office, supporting our UK and EMEA customer base. You'll be a key point of contact for customer orders and projects, working closely with sales, technical and provisioning teams to ensure a seamless experience from order intake through to completion.

This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team, with support and training provided as you get up to speed.
