Xometry is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Acquisition responsible for the full strategy and execution of Xometry's manufacturing partner recruitment marketing.

You will design multi-channel acquisition campaigns, build a scalable demand engine, and own the metrics that determine whether we're growing the right partner base at the right pace. You'll drive campaign execution by directing Xometry's internal Paid Media, Marketing Operations, and Content teams — owning the strategy, the briefs, and the results. This is a role for someone who wants full accountability for a critical supply-side growth lever.
