Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) to join our team for the summer. This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay. What We Offer

Pay: $20.50/hour | $21.50/hour if EPA certified (these rates are $1.50/hour higher than a permanent position since this temporary position is NOT eligible for

What We’Re Looking For

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience No HVAC certification/experience required EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
