In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both condominium and single-family communities. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, professional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining high-quality communities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to RISE’s procedures, policies, and tools. Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area. Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.

Review monthly Board of Directors packets and oversee mass mailings. Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing calls and messages within 24 hours. Efficiently manage new account onboarding. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address community needs.

Foster team development through an open-door policy and guidance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in community association management. Experience managing both condominium and single-family communities preferred.

Multifamily property management experience preferred. Experience managing a portfolio of communities preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities.

General understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong Excel knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, Adobe, and 10-key.
