Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development.
As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EH S leader to play a highly visible role in supporting Revolution Medicines’ mission to bring innovative precision oncology therapies to patients. The Associate Director, Environmental Health Safety will help shape and strengthen site-level EH S programs across a dynamic R D environment, partnering closely with laboratory, facilities, operations, and leadership teams to enable safe, compliant, and resilient operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented safety professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, improving programs, leading teams, and advancing a culture where safety and scientific progress go hand in hand. Lead the execution and continuous improvement of EH S programs, guidelines, and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant, and effectively implemented across site operations. Drive day-to-day EHS compliance and operational readiness, supporting internal and external audits and inspections, and interfacing with regulatory authorities as needed.
Support investigations for all incidents and accidents on site and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions. Oversee incident management processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, advancing a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture.

Manage occupational health program activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers, including workplace injury and illness investigation and tracking, animal allergen questionnaire administration and follow-up, hepatitis B vaccination program support, ergonomics program coordination and continuous improvement, and maintenance of related documentation, metrics, and compliance records.
