The Opportunity: Commvault has an outstanding career opportunity for a Hybrid SaaS Subscription Renewals Representative to support customer retention, expansion, and subscription revenue growth.
This role is responsible for managing a book of renewal business, proactively engaging customers, and executing renewals through a consultative sales motion. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
What You’Ll Do
: The Renewals Representative partners closely with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to support renewal and expansion execution. This role requires strong execution discipline, effective communication skills, and a working understanding of subscription sales, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Who You Are
: 4-6 years renewals or inside sales· 4–6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a consultative manner Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and execute expansion opportunities Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment Familiarity with subscription-based sales motions, forecasting, and pipeline management Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message Skills that can set you apart: Software Renewals or sales experience gained within cyber security or SaaS Upsell and/or cross sell, expansion experience You'll love working here because: Opportunity to join employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) Continuous professional development
