This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week. Key Responsibilities
Partner with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, goals, and success criteria — supporting solution architecture for their specific processes Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions Support delivery of enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from the shop floor to the C-suite Provide ongoing technical support to customers, diagnosing issues and driving resolution with urgency and care Leverage knowledge of OT/IT systems (MES, ERP, device integration) to guide customers through complex implementation decisions Serve as a consistent voice of the customer internally — surfacing insights, patterns, and feedback to Product and Engineering teams Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, playbooks, and delivery frameworks Key Collaborators Account Executives Customer Success Managers PreSales Engineering Product Management Engineering Professional Services Team Working At Tulip We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome.
