QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering required Background in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering Experience improving workstation safety, ergonomics, and hazard mitigation Skilled in process redesign, tooling development, and workstation optimization Ability to identify labor inefficiencies and reduce assembly variation through engineering solutions Experience supporting value engineering and cost‑reduction initiatives Strong analytical skills for validating operational and financial impacts Effective communicator with collaborative, cross‑functional problem‑solving abilities SKILLS AND
