We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Accountant to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Accounting Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, supporting technical accounting matters, and contributing to strategic accounting initiatives. Requirements

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits and reviews, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided. Conduct research on complex accounting transactions and prepare written accounting memos for review by management and external auditors. Support prospective mergers and acquisitions activity, including financial due diligence and purchase price accounting.

You have: Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience. CPA certification. 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting experience preferred.

S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls. Advanced knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

Works well in a team environment, as well as independently. Excellent research and analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
