About The Team

and position As a Senior Product Designer at Carvana, you’ll lead end-to-end design for complex, high-impact initiatives across our product ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving measurable customer and business outcomes through strong product thinking and exceptional craft. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution — translating ambiguity into clear opportunities, shaping scalable solutions, and influencing cross-functional direction.

You operate with ownership and accountability, set a high bar for quality, and elevate the work through systems thinking, clarity, and collaboration.

Requirements
