This position is responsible for integration, maintenance, operation and support of broadcast equipment and reports to the Head of Technology and Operations. This is an hourly position.
Responsibilities
A focus will be managing and repairing the facility's video workflows, in addition to other

A team player who is focused on quality customer service for internal/external customers. Support day-to-day operations of broadcast systems in a primary hub environment that supports the air paths and OTT of all Tegna stations across the US. Create and maintain wiring documentation and system configuration documentation.
Familiarity with station flow diagrams. Maintain knowledge and stay current on technological advances including television broadcasting and associated broadcast equipment. Willing to train, if required, on IT and broadcast system operation and maintenance to service all aspects of the television hub environment.

Requirements
Associate Degree in Electronics, Communications OR equivalent combination of education and work-related experience preferred. Minimum three years' broadcast maintenance experience in a television broadcasting environment or hub. In-depth knowledge of broadcast technologies including; broadcast distribution, signal processing, routing systems, video servers, media workflows, automation and control.
Ability to work well and make solid decisions under pressure. Must be able to work a flexible schedule in support of a 24x7x365 operation.
