Requirements

: • 5+ years’ experience in commercial or multifamily construction • Ability to comply with all safety procedures and policies • Valid Driver’s License Preferred: • Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent • OSHA 30 training • Proficiency in Procore or similar software • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance • Voluntary
