Shop Shift Lead (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Estonia, we are looking for a motivated and driven Shop Shift Leader (m/f/d) for our point of sale at the Port Of Tallinn. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your shift, supporting the shop team and ensuring smooth operations.

This role reports directly to the Shop Manager.

About The Role

Lead and coordinate the team during shifts, including task planning, delegation, onboarding, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment Ensure high standards of customer service by supervising team performance and resolving customer complaints and disputes in accordance with company procedures Support the achievement of sales targets while maintaining visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the point of sale Oversee daily operational activities, including opening and closing the location, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules, and legal
