Develop and coordinate feeding operation plans supporting crews ranging from 500 to more than 5,000 personnel while ensuring nutritional compliance and operational efficiency. Execute Push Logistics concepts to improve the distribution and delivery of subsistence supplies to Navy vessels operating throughout the PACOM AOR. Coordinate with vendors, logistics personnel, supply activities, and shipboard leadership to ensure timely replenishment and sustainment support for fleet operations.

Analyze food service and logistics performance metrics to identify trends, improve operational readiness, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Identify and resolve shipboard subsistence challenges including storage limitations, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions impacting mission readiness. Collaborate directly with PACFLT leadership, culinary specialists, and logistics teams to optimize fleet food service operations and improve sustainment effectiveness.
