Responsibilities
Office Operations Maintenance Manage office supplies, snacks, and marketing materials, ensuring inventory is stocked Oversee daily shipping and receiving, including ordering, tracking, and billing Act as the primary contact for building management, maintenance personnel, and IT support for meeting rooms and office equipment Administrative Team Support Answer and direct phone calls, track incoming sales leads, and facilitate office meetings Schedule and coordinate office meetings and events, company events, and team outings Order and pick up weekly catered lunches Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office processes HR Financial Support Support the recruiting and onboarding team to ensure a seamless new-hire experience Process and track expense reports for personal and director-level expenses
Requirements
Able to work 20–25 hours per week, starting by 9:00 AM ET Monday–Friday Actively pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.4 GPA Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong written communication, mathematical skills and organizational skills Detail-oriented, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and within a team environment Professional, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn DMC's business, services, and processes Reliable access to a car for occasional errands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
