About The Role

: As a Lead Launch Welder, you will support fabrication, assembly, and integration activities for launch systems and ground support equipment.

, and project schedules. Lead daily welding, fabrication, assembly, and integration activities for launch systems and ground support equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld procedures, specifications, and work instructions to guide welding and fabrication work.

Coordinate work assignments, priorities, materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete welding tasks. Provide hands-on guidance and training to welders and fabrication team members. Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and launch operations teams to resolve technical issues and support safe execution.

At least two (2) years of welding and/or pipefitting experience Experience leading welding, fabrication, construction, or similar hands-on technical teams.

Experience assigning work, coordinating priorities, and supporting multiple fabrication or installation activities. Experience operating welding, fabrication, and metalworking equipment safely and in accordance with applicable procedures.
