A Principal Engineer is a leadership role that focuses on overseeing and driving the technical direction of projects for specific geographical regions or scopes of engineering services. You will be responsible for project success, ensuring adherence to client specifications, budgets, and timelines. You will also manage and mentor other engineers.

Must possess a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team Preferred Actively involved in professional societies and on technical committees related to work This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
