The Role As part of the broader Data organization, the Data Onboarding team ensures clients have a seamless experience connecting their accounts from various financial institutions to Addepar.

Client Data Onboarding Specialists sit at the nexus of Addepar's activity and require daily engagement with large-scale institutional customers , data providers, and personnel across the organization. Professional proficiency in Spanish is required for this role , as you will directly support and manage the onboarding pipeline for our expanding Spanish-speaking and Latin American institutional client base.

What You’Ll Do

Manage the data feed onboarding process for new Addepar clients, with a dedicated focus on complex institutional accounts, which includes but is not limited to: Communicate and explain complex data onboarding workflows directly to institutional clients over calls and emails in both English and Spanish Provide expert guidance and training to institutional clients on account eligibility and authorization
