The Work The Business Architect Lead will drive the design and implementation of Pega‑based business architecture solutions, leading workflow optimization and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure alignment of business architecture with organizational strategies and objectives Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and solution presentations with stakeholders Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship on best practices in Pega, BPM, and business process modeling Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, or dependencies related to business architecture Partner with cross‑functional teams throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases Here’s What You Need: Bachelor’s Degree required 7+ years of professional experience Strong background in business architecture, process modeling, and workflow optimization Hands‑on experience with Pega in business architecture or BPM contexts Proven ability to lead
