About The Role

Onboarding Specialists at Klaviyo play a critical role in setting our customers up for long-term success. As the first point of contact post-sale, you’ll guide new customers through their first 30–90 days, helping them successfully implement Klaviyo and achieve fast time-to-value. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—combining project management, product expertise, and strategic thinking to drive product adoption, reduce friction, and build strong customer relationships from day one.
