Position Summary As a Project Lead – High Purity Passivation, you will be responsible for leading field operations, executing specialized chemical cleaning and passivation processes, and directing crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to operate in diverse industrial environments including data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, and food beverage plants.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct field crews of 2–6 technicians during project execution Plan, coordinate, and execute chemical cleaning and passivation processes Interpret and highlight P IDs to establish proper system flow paths Ensure proper chemical mixing and application per process documentation Oversee safe handling and use of chemicals including citric acid and caustics Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, cGMP, and company safety standards Complete and review daily safety documentation, permits, and project reports Coordinate mobilization, setup, operation, and demobilization of equipment Load, transport, and manage equipment and materials to and from job sites Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly Maintain organized and compliant workspaces aligned with 5S/CEO standards Train, mentor, and develop field technicians on processes and safety practices Communicate project updates, issues, and progress with internal leadership Ensure quality execution of work in accordance with client specifications Adapt to varying job site conditions, schedules, and operational demands
Required Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of industrial cleaning, passivation, or similar processes Experience leading crews in industrial or field service environments Ability to read and interpret P IDs and technical documentation Experience handling and mixing industrial chemicals safely OSHA 30 and Confined Space certifications preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) Ability to lift 25–50 and work in physically demanding environments Proficiency with laptops, mobile devices, and basic software tools High School Diploma or GED required Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or construction environments preferred Knowledge, Skills Abilities Strong leadership and team management skills in field environments Working knowledge of chemical processes, system flow, and industrial equipment Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced job sites Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Effective communication skills with crews, leadership, and clients High attention to safety, quality, and compliance standards Adaptability to changing environments, schedules, and project
