What We Are Looking For

Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all. Aurora’s Product Operations team is at the fore-front of technology, providing partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently. We do so by establishing best practices, designing processes & systems, introducing automation & insights and by supporting the delivery of new capabilities.

We are looking for a Staff Product Operations manager with network & infrastructure planning and logistics technology experience to join us on this exciting journey. You will report directly to the Director of Product Operations and be based in Dallas, Texas.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, transportations, and (or) logistics industry Experience managing enterprise-level product rollout Strong technical background, with an understanding of the development process Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; experience working directly with senior stakeholders across product, operations and engineering The base salary range for this position is $133K-$213K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
