Let’s start with the role We are seeking an experienced in-house Legal Counsel to lead our intellectual property legal work , protecting the brands, clearing new products and campaigns, negotiating various commercial agreements, and turning enforcement strategy into results. This role is ideal for a lawyer who is equally comfortable running a trademark opposition and sitting with a commercial team to explain why a campaign asset carries risk. No two days are identical.

You will also monitor legislative developments across multiple jurisdictions and help shape the business's response before regulatory changes take effect. This role will suit someone who is commercially minded and pragmatic, enjoys providing advice that enables the business rather than simply identifying risks, and wants genuine ownership of a high-value IP portfolio.
