Responsibilities

Team Leadership Management Provide day-to-day supervision to Software Developers. Manage the software development project portfolio and assign tasks according to priorities set by the CIO. Develop the skills of direct reports and provide regular feedback on performance.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a high school degree. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Industry-recognized certifications in software development or related disciplines are a plus.
