Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or the ability to obtain EIT immediately upon graduation Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage assignments independently while working in a collaborative team environment Demonstrated interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

Preferred Qualifications

Approximately 1–3 years of experience in municipal engineering, site civil design, or roadway design Recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience will also be considered Familiarity with municipal engineering principles, site grading, roadway design, land development, planning board reviews, and cost estimating Experience with MicroStation Experience supporting engineering design projects from concept through construction documentation Ability to participate in occasional site visits and municipal meetings in support of project delivery The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
