What You'Ll Do

: As a Facility Support Personnel at our senior living community, you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents feel at home. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the facility, grounds, and equipment to ensure everything operates safely, smoothly, and efficiently. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, adapt to changing needs, and bring a strong sense of integrity to their work.

Assist with daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure the facility equipment is working properly. Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorizes carpets.

Cleans dining rooms and common areas. Clean restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal in accordance with department procedures.

Assist in cleaning windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed. Set up and take down furniture and equipment for events or meetings. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Support Manager.

Assist with inventory management by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies. Complete work orders timely through an electronic portal system. Assist with room moves including furniture, clothing, and other personal items.

Valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license, required. Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work, preferred.
