Requirements
Coordinate the policy management process, including creating new policies, managing updates, and facilitating required two-year policy reviews. Scan and upload employee training certifications to maintain accurate training records. Maintain employer and employee data within Lattice.
Prepare employee merit increase and bonus letters in partnership with HR leadership. Respond to requests for employee records, including payroll, timesheets, medical files, and training documentation, while ensuring appropriate confidentiality and compliance. Serve as backup support for new hire onboarding by assisting with offer letters, monitoring background checks, drug screens, post-offer employment physicals, and new hire paperwork.
Stay current on Thorne Research's policies, procedures, and People Operations best practices. Foster a welcoming, approachable, and service-oriented experience for employees while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
A minimum of four years of working experience in human resources or office management. : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 4+ years’ experience generating formulas, pivot tables, and charts in Excel required.
