The Outstaff Lead serves as the global Oustaff owner and central driver for the end-to-end outstaffing workflow across all operational regions. The role transitions the company from a reactive, single-person-dependent setup to a proactive, optimized macro-regional framework. By standardizing international compliance, auditing current regional risks, and establishing uniform processes, the role ensures seamless business scalability and service speed.
Ultimately, this function acts as the strategic bridge between local Global Staff (GS) units, procurement, and finance teams to scale capabilities smoothly. Global Process Ownership & Change Drive: Lead the end-to-end outstaffing methodology globally, taking strict ownership of organizational readiness and championing process updates across all local GS teams.
Key Responsibilities
of the role as detailed as possible. Process Unification & Risk Analysis: Standardize disparate country-specific outstaffing workflows into a single cohesive global framework, updating all associated legal or internal documentation in tandem with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) unit. Vendor Management & SLA Deployment: Review, optimize, and manage global outstaffing vendors in direct alignment with the Procurement team, successfully deploying strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to hold external partners accountable.
Workflow Automation & Streamlining: Re-engineer the outstaff payroll and vacation accrual landscapes to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and compress service delivery times. International Market Launches: Proactively spearhead or assist regional teams with the technical outstaffing infrastructure required when entering and launching operations in new country markets. Cross-Functional Financial Alignment: Act as the main liaison to the finance department, handling reporting centralization, structural audits, accruals, and specialized ad-hoc documentation requests.
3+ years of international HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Outstaffing Vendor Management experience, ideally within a rapidly scaling multinational environment. Understanding of global employment structures (EOR/Outstaffing), cross-border compliance risk analysis, payroll system automations (preferrable), and vendor contract negotiations. Soft Skills: Strategic stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving for complex individual cases, cross-cultural communication, and organizational agility.
