What You'Ll Do

Oversee job setup including materials, crew assignments, and logistics Responsible for communicating expectations between company and customer Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or challenges Measure to order residential replacement windows, roofing, siding, and doors Ensure GSE safety regulations are being followed Maintain high standards of workmanship

What We’Re Looking For

5+ years of experience in measuring custom residential replacement windows Proven supervisory and team management experience in the construction industry Professionalism with client facing experience Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills General computer knowledge HS Diploma/GED 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Apply Today – Your Future Starts Here!
