Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear employee-facing resources, process documentation, SOPs, and internal guidance. Experience supporting distributed or global teams, and comfort working across time zones and geographies. A continuous improvement mindset, with openness to iterating on processes, tools, and documentation to better support a scaling company.
Bonus Points Experience in a high-growth or technology-focused company, especially with remote or hybrid workforces.
