From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day. We are looking for an IT Service Engineer to join our Madrid office team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, ensuring optimal use of hardware and software tools whilst enhancing system performance.
You will also play a key part in standardising and innovating our IT infrastructure through hands-on projects at an exciting time of product scaling and tooling evolution.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum secondary school / vocational IT qualification; BA preferred Google Workspace administration experience (users, groups, licensing, Gmail routing basics, Shared Drives, Google Admin Console) Okta administration experience (user lifecycle management, MFA policies, basic app integrations and assignments) Administration of collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom, Google Meet) VPN/ZTNA administration and configuration Basic automation skills: Slack Workflows, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, n8n Basic scripting for task automation Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP) CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware knowledge Google Associate Workspace Administrator or equivalent Base in Madrid as this job will require hybrid work
